Empirical Wellness Center's mission is to engage, enlighten, and empower its clients with innovative care to promote well-being which enhances lives. Its services will include primary care for acute and chronic health conditions, specializing in health promotion and prevention.

Meet Crystal King
Crystal N. King is a distinguished healthcare professional whose illustrious career spans over 23 years, marked by a relentless commitment to excellence. As a consummate Adult Nurse Practitioner, Crystal has honed her expertise across various healthcare domains, including Primary Care, Women's Health, and Pain Management. Holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Winston-Salem State University, where she graduated at the pinnacle of her class with a GPA of 3.75, Crystal has consistently demonstrated her dedication to advancing her knowledge and skills in the field.
At the forefront of her achievements is the establishment of Empirical Wellness Center, PLLC, in 2022, where she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Provider. In this role, Crystal has pioneered a cutting-edge primary care center catering to adolescents and adults, exemplifying her visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. With a rich educational background, extensive professional experience, and a track record of leadership in both clinical and educational settings, Crystal N. King stands as a beacon of excellence in the healthcare industry, leaving an indelible mark on the communities she serves.
